xf.app Platform Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: March 13, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Experience Futures Holdings LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should have equal access to our tools, platforms, and services, regardless of ability.
We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure our platform and the applications built on it are accessible to all users.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
The core xf.app platform and its shared UI components are designed with WCAG 2.1 Level AA in mind, and we are actively working toward full conformance in our primary user interfaces. We work to ensure that the platform infrastructure, shared UI components, and default application templates follow these standards as closely as possible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and there may be areas that are still being improved.
Accessibility Features
Our platform includes the following accessibility features:
Keyboard Navigation
- Core functionality is intended to be available via keyboard (Tab, Enter, Space, Arrow keys).
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Logical tab order following content flow.
- Skip navigation mechanisms in core layouts to help users bypass repetitive content.
- No keyboard traps (focus never gets stuck).
Screen Reader Support
- We aim to support common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack, and we test with representative combinations where feasible.
- Descriptive labels on all form inputs.
- Where important content changes dynamically, we work to announce updates or provide accessible alternatives.
- Semantic HTML landmarks for easy navigation.
- Descriptive button labels with context.
Visual Design
- Color palette and typography designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast targets (4.5:1 minimum for body text).
- Visible focus indicators.
- No color-only information conveyance.
- Resizable text (up to 200% without loss of functionality).
Content and Interaction
- No automatic audio or video playback in core product experiences.
- No time limits on interactions.
- Clear error messages and instructions.

Standards and Compliance
We use the following standards and regulations as references for how we design and evaluate accessibility:

- ADA Title III — Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Section 508 — Rehabilitation Act (US federal compliance).
- EN 301 549 — European accessibility standard.
Compatible Technologies
Our goal is to support a range of modern assistive technologies and browsers, and we test with representative combinations where feasible.
Screen Readers
- NVDA (Windows).
- JAWS (Windows).
- VoiceOver (macOS, iOS).
- TalkBack (Android).
- ChromeVox (Chrome OS).
Browsers

- Mozilla Firefox (latest 2 versions).

Other Assistive Technologies
- Voice control software (Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Voice Control).

Client Responsibilities
Applications built on the xf.app platform may include Client-Specific Configurations such as custom content, workflows, and front-end design elements. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any custom content or configurations they introduce to the platform maintain accessibility conformance. We provide guidance and best practices to support Clients in meeting accessibility standards.
Third-Party Content
The platform integrates with third-party services as configured by each Client (e.g., AI inference APIs, email services). Accessibility of third-party service outputs (such as AI-generated responses) depends on the nature of the content generated. We work to present all content through accessible interfaces.
Limitations
We strive for full accessibility conformance, but some limitations may exist due to the dynamic nature of AI-generated content or Client-specific customizations. If you encounter any accessibility issues, please let us know so we can address them.
